RPM Development & Construction, LLC, is owned and operated by Ryan McPhee. Ryan is a licensed general contractor in the state of Nevada and also a licensed Realtor with Realty One Group. We offer a full spectrum of real estate investment, development, and construction services. We have extensive experience in the residential market however we specialize in the commercial sector.Ryan holds a Bachelors degree from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. His relevant coursework includes economics and finance.
Ryan has been quoted for his expertise on the Las Vegas real estate market in local, national, and international newspapers. He has also been interviewed by Bloomberg Radio News on the subject.
Ryan has an extensive background in real estate development and construction. He has experience building spec home, apartment, condominium, office, retail, and industrial buildings. Ryan has overseen every stage of development and construction in several multi-million dollar projects and has executed numerous remodels and tenant improvements.
Ryan has also partnered with Byron Garth to form BGRM Investments, LLC. This company is another real estate investment and development company in Las Vegas, Nevada. Together, these two entrepreneurs possess a wealth of real estate, construction, and financial expertise.
In addition to the previous successful partnership, Ryan has formed MJR Development, LLC with another outside group of investors. These up and coming entrepreneurs bring additional expertise in the areas of business and finance.
